But... no way Jose says Barcelona... who made it clear that the ′Korean Messi′ is not for sale, despite his on-going suspension... which will keep him from playing until he turns 18. Now last year... due to a breach of international youth transfer rules... Lee Seung-woo has not been able to play for his club... as he turns 18 in January of 2016.
